Boa Lace System Repair

This is a sequence of photos and assistance for replacing the Boa dial on a Lake MX168 MTB shoe.  Boa Systems tech support will kindly mail you a repair kit at no cost.  It takes 3 weeks to arrive in Canada.  The kit is in a little zip-lock bag with a cardboard label and contains an instruction brochure, the new dial, gear, wire (lace) and Torqx T6 tool. The instruction brochure looks like this ... front: : and back: Note that there is a left and a right set of parts.  They are coloured differently and the unique parts are have an L or R on them.  Remove the old inner gear and wire by cutting the wire with a pair of side-cutters and removing. Lace the new wire, finishing with the ends through the holes on the sides of the Boa base.  The instructions say leave 10-15cm lengths on each end. Follow the instructions, to lace each end into the internal gear.  The end rests in a little "corner" on the inside of the gear. The first time doing it
